Miku in a sidebar?

Every once in a while, Miku appears in an otherwise blank sidebar, with no visible options. If dismissed, the sidebar cannot be recalled, and perhaps another month passes before this happens again. What’s going on here?

Seriously, it's just an easter egg. I think it shows up when you do a certain combination of things, but I can't recall what specifically.

You can get it by just swiping for back/forward normally on your phone. I usually get it a couple of times a day so it’s honestly quite an annoying “Easter egg”
