As SaintEh said, crack the egg and then roll it on a flat hard surface so that the shell cracks all around. Then you will have an easier time of peeling it all. Also make sure you are pulling at the thin film and shell at the same time so you get big pieces to peel off. And if it's still not going well, use Noizi's advice and get some water on it. The water will get in through the cracks and make peeling easier
