i'm personally fond of 1st and 2nd stage pokemon, especially 2nd stage, and like to hold off on evolving until they're very high leveled.

No it wasn't a FEAR Rattata or anything special like that.
I just didn't evolve it but I was making a joke about youngster Joey when I did it. Even gave it thunder from a TM because i could. Horribly innefficent unlike all the TMs I fed the Abra
My whole team was just unevolved 'mon for the sport of it.
