The old "researchers will do ANYTHING for their research" anime/manga/LN trope. Here we have an aunt trying to seduce her nephew and get him to rape her niece for her "research".

I wonder what she will do if he can't seduce his cousin...kick him out?

Unless she has another idea of how to reform him in her backpocket. After all, she's only interested in him to advance her own screwed up research. If he's useless for that, having him around would actually hurt her academic ambitions (if you can even call them academic). However, how many chances like this could she have literally delivered to her doorstep?
