Okay, I bloody love the Golem. I always love Iron Golems in the game itself, but this is adorable.

Iron Golems don't attack creepers. Creepers don't attack iron golems either.
That's why villages often have cats in them. They chase away the creepers.

So even if Steve hadn't said anything, nothing would've happened.

This comic inspired me to try out minecraft again and I was surprised to find a golem wandering around the fortress I built and restored. Nice to see they're in this too and that it gives some context that they're kind of friendly protectors.
