A carbon copy of every other Korean medical story, the main character has powers/system that gives him the ability to instantly identify medical problems and the ability to fix them like magic.

Pretty much all conflict in the story comes from power hungry incompetent superiors in the hospital who feel threatened by the MC so nothing new there. The MC is always forced into difficult situations and then magically solves them using his cheat powers.

Overall it's just not very good.

Not bad. But basically the same story as all the other ones. The plot was his ex and revenge and now that's being ruined too so it has really dropped off to a terrible state.
