Best thing you can do is just mark it as dropped and click the bell icon off so you don't get updates:

Holy shit how did I not notice that before, thanks for the tip.

Also, content blocking is something that definitely belongs in mangadex. Between that, no tag blacklisting, lack of themes and non-embedded comment sections, MD is really lacking in basic features. It's a massive shame this website got such a downgrade since the 2021 data breach and rewrite. Even worse, it seems like the devs are in no hurry to give it a better look UI-speaking...

Ah, do I miss v4 Mangadex and its nyaa.si-inspired look...

Misaki is kind of annoying, because it's like he refuses to believe that Hareta just doesn't want to play the game. Like, he yells complaints at Hareta along the lines of "You're supposed to raise her affection, not lower it!", but Hareta has made it abundantly clear that he does not care about the heroines, he has no intention of trying to woo them or complete the game's objective. So it makes no sense to try to hold him to the standard of someone trying to beat the game and failing, like he is. So it's like Misaki is in denial and keeps pointlessly raging at the storm. It's like calling a player on the opposing team an idiot for trying to score in your goal, because you're under the delusion that they're a player on your team.

The thing is if hareta doesn't get with a heroine he'll get a badend which have a high chances of him getting killed by one of the heroine as worse case scenario,or having to repeat everything with no memory as best case scenario. Either way its a dead end for both so rather than denial (which admittedly is part of it) it more so he wants the best for him and make sure he's safe
