Nah, I wouldn't call it being homophobe, but simply being straight to the point on what a GalGame/OtomeGe is supposed to be by definition.

No, they made it an explicitly "bad end", that is pretty much homophobic (aka "eww gay"). Just not including any such routes isn't though, I agree, it's just a bit ignorant.

I mean, the thing is, hareta is a side character from the start, and looks like there's no Secret Route for the Side Character (if this is even a thing) but i would really prefer and ending where the game just crashed and corrupted, would be funny af, like a Big F NOPE

Of course Hareta would unleash his most intense seme aura so far while dressed in a maid outfit. I can't believe how goated this series actually is. I wasn't expecting anything in particular when I started it and now I'm finding myself choking back silly noises of surprised joy at 4 AM. To think just a few minutes ago the depressing setting had me feeling genuinely sad while reading the previous chapters. But this chaotic mess of emotions if why I read manga at all in the first place. This IS what it's all about.
