well guess this is typical story where the ML is so dense plus he literally is a middle aged man and seems doesn't give a fuck about his own relationship, that forced FMC to go all out while her ex is keep chasing her.
until the point she almost breaks, thought she should give up or the ML finally realized her and his own feelings when all was too late before he making his first move.

FMC is frustrating
MC age is too big (i highly doubt they will get together too risky and unpopular, age gaps with 10+ years usually aren't used in mangas)
New potential boyfriend is kinda toxic, the classic example of annoying people who don't get it when rejected
Last but not least, throughout 23 chapters i don't see any story progression, it's even worse than classical school rom-com, there at least we usually have some progression towards some plot point. It's like literally you can go to chapter 1 and then skip to chapter 23 and you will likely won't lose anything.
