this chapter started with a flashback which chapter 5 references. Mitsuishi-san was probably much shyer last year so she didn't want to share line.

he probably agreed because she called her sister 'god' after looking at her phone, if he didn't agree, she wouldn't have been so happy.
it might have been an accidental agreement, like: he accidentally pressed 'k'

@cgr Well, she didn't know what sis text so that could be the reaction for her sis text, not his. He just past out right there so i don't see it a way to imply he agreed and text anything back. More like that she shock too, like "how come i never think of this", hence she praise sis god
But anyways, he probably will go. I don't see him refuse to this, even he scare, but refuse also scare too, it could be rude.

there will probably be some more flashbacks to 'last year' to show how their relationship got to this point.
another plot point is Hajime's strict family will probably be shown more clearly later, which will show why he doesn't fully reciprocate her affection.
