First few chapters (over 160 pages) starts with classmate romance but that goes out the window afterwards. In ch17 (yes it took that long) she finally lost her virginity to a gyaru-oh with zero lead up. Just suddenly one page he's on top of her.
Theres "ew loli bad" and "ew NTR bad" but this is just bad writing. And it deserves to be spoiled as a warning.

Because it IS completed. MDex marks it as completed, etc. based on the announced status in the country of origin. I've attached a screenshot of vol. 3's Amazon JP page where it says this volume is the end. (I got google to MTL it, so you guys can read what it says).
