Pretty sure this is more or less completed. The main characters in this one originated in some Lucky Star game or something, which got a volume of manga made for it, like a light novel crossover with the main Lucky Star cast, and a drama CD? The most recent of which was in 2014 as far as I could tell.

Do all characters named "Hikage" have a ponytail on only the left side of their hair?

Hikage Miyauchi from Non Non Biyori also has a left-side ponytail.
