How was his first response not just a plain "no"? She already told them she is pathologically promiscuos, hardly knows anything about her and she might be the killer. On top of that Generic Miyu is still there and pissing her off might get him killed.

Everyone in this story has some pathological trait. For Yuushin, he's pathologically kind. Even if he knows being kind is the wrong option to take, he can't bring himself to act assertively

MC is broken, as evidenced by the fact that he didn't immediately turn down super slut. Whatever real Miyu chan did to him made him physically incapable of acting assertively
