GenericMiyu and RealMiyu have different eyes which allow us to distinguish them, but is there a tell for when Yuushin has a layer of RealMiyu or not?

I want to say that the twist will be that Real Miyu actually doesn't look like that at all. Yuushin doesn't actually know her current face after all.

But then we have seen several glimpses of Fake Miyu's flashback, and Real Miyu's face there is almost identical to Fake Miyu. Still, I think one reason why Fake Miyu can really impersonate Real Miyu is because no one have actually seen Miyu's real face

I don't think we have any proof of that yet, though? The story so far has made it seem like the appearance and name is just a very unlikely coincidence.

It's been very heavily implied that fake Miyu is a lesbian who was in love with real Miyu. Hence her affection for Yuushin whenever he's behaving the way real Miyu would behave.

I'm pretty sure the chubby girl is the fake Miyu.

Was imo the first think I thought about when I saw her in the pictures of this Chapter. MC also barely remembers her since she probably was pretty plain and maybe even bullied back then. Could be a classic case that old Miyu helped her back then and got the target of bullying instead and then died because of it.

They look pretty similiar already so with a bit of sliming down, new hair cut and contact lenses she would look very much like the old Miyu.
