To answer the extra page question, there is some thought in Japan that if you give a thoughtless dumbass some responsibility then they'll realize what it means to be depending on other people and what a pain in the ass he was to other people. You basically force them to grow up.

But that counts on having using a basic level of shame and or decency, which is obviously not the case with Nakayama.
