Most of the manga had a plot. It was, at first, romcom with her trying to get with him. It had themes of child abuse and neglect. It had her sacrificing her powers to save her grandma. Then all of a sudden, the mangaka snorted two pounds of cocaine. Recently, the plot has returned though.
