yeah it would be a nice twist if the main character became smarter and smarter, better able to concentrate etc. due to having an adult brain IQ and the only childlike part of him was being naive and lacking experience, while the villain became less and less intelligent, more impulsive etc. due ot having the IQ of an 11 year old and only assets of being an adult are his memories and experience.
