If you are talking about the black haired loli with red horns, isn't that the 2nd servant card he got in ch 6? He just hasnt decided if he is going to summon her or sell her yet. But if it is her then obviously he summons her.

Don't think so.
That 2nd Girl in the Cover is probably the new SR Demon Lucielia.
Unless that Dragon is a Demon Dragon, there is no chance of it being the 2nd Girl.

Plus, i think that the 2nd Girl is going to be the parallel opposite of Sylphy.
Meaning she is going to be as powerful as her, and probably a giantess as well.
