Ohhh, the clingy mentally unstable big booba oni is here. And it's been a while since i read the wn on shosetu/ kakuyomu, time to binge read it again since this series is actually good read, highly recommended.
Since you've read it, do things pick up after anglemois? I stalled out there.

For the novel readers, the Web novel release has resumed since yesterday !
(Now a new chapter is released each Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the week.)
@ssj4maiko @m13b

Edit : I'm talking of the RAW chapters on Kakuyomu.

For the English fan translation, the free chapters are currently at the chapter 141, the end of the arc/volume 6, but the release rate has slow down.

Arc 2 : what we currently start in the manga. Is it a spoil to say there will be a lot of sets ups and hints in there ? To sum up, pay close attention
Arc 3 : 1st month of the summer vacation The chillest arc of the story
Arc 4 : 1st exploration of the new dungeon in the high school & Preparation for the inevitable and imminent 3rd Angolmois
Arc 5 : first day of the 3rd Angolmois starting with the 3rd phase
Arc 6 : First month of the 3rd Angolmois which has reach phase 4 the surface having became a giant dungeon divided by sections with dungeons in them linked by gate keeped by gatekeepers The English fan translation is currently there
Arc 7 : dealing with several shit as he came back to his HQ, his high school, by accepting an alliance with the cult so they can send him there after the Angolmois reach phase 5 and the start of time dilation between sections
Arc 8 :Gaining his mission from the cult, destroying the leader of Grim terror and his empire, and starting his preparation and alliance for that This arc also hint that our protagonist his probably a regressor
Arc 9 : keep on making alliances to do a coup d'état at the end of this arc
Arc 10 : currently release since yesterday

The story go slower during arc 7 and 8 since since there a lot of little things happened instead of big thing, so maybe you stalled out there.

I have been waiting for the arcs to end before resuming my reading it, but it's nice to know that there are 3 chapters per week, although checking my bookmark on novel updates, there is a "Part"? Usually they d these to release shorter releases, but checking the website, I guess that may not be the case.

Checking Kakuyomu and it's starting the 10th arc, meanwhile the translation is ending the 6th arc. I'm not reading the raws for this one, just patiently waiting for translations.

You're strong.
I couldn't wait last year when he English translator was releasing 4th Arc, so I started reading the raw chapter with google trad.
Now I follow the raw through MTL for a rough understanding then read the English translation when a new chapter is out.

Yep, I will edit my comment above to precise it is the RAW chapters that have resume their publication.

I do agree that this was a novel that got me quite hooked, but it wasn't the only novel I was reading, as I already have some raw novels that I read as soon as the chapter release (plus even more translated novels). But I don't have that much time anymore because of work.

Unlike translated novels that I can read via TTS while doing other stuff, raw novels need me to pay attention, since I'm no JP expert.
Fortunately, the 5th arc had a pretty good stopping point from what I remember. Hell, the amount of stuff "achieved" in that arc, and it's still just midway through the story, kinda makes me wonder how things will progress from there on.

I envy you. Since English is not my mother tongue I cannot use TTS while doing something else, so either human or machine English translation need my full attention to follow by reading or listening.

I do agree that so much things happened in the 5th arc (which in story is only a single day) that you can feel satisfied enough to stop there, the next from there that won't end up on a cliffhanger would be arc 9.

English is my 2nd language though. :x

But I got pretty good with it with time, I vaguely remember the time when I had to pause to read subtitles in anime. I basically got it first with videogames (Final Fantasy) and manga, and today I use english for work too.

I built an application for myself where I import chapters for webnovel (or manually add LNs that I bought), and I can translate "keywords" such as names, races, location names, anything like that to English.

With it I create a dictionary (Translating Katakana is easy, and other stuff I can handle with online dictionaries), and I get a version of the original text with those keywords replaced, so I can more easily read when passing it through Google Translator (Sometimes the reading is shitty, but other options can completely skip sentences, so I prefer to not lose anything). But because of that, I can't really TTS and it would be horrible.

The main issue with resuming a story I started translated to this semi-translated method is that I need to start skimming the story from the start to collect the names and fill up the dictionary (There could be characters that I forgot, so I can keep track of them too).

But this is a novel where many characters have Japanese names, so it's much harder to find them (the names are all in Kanji).
When it's a random Isekai, everyone has names in Katakana, so it's super easy to find, recognize and translate everything.

So hurdle was pretty high to the point I just decided to "wait until translations catch up"

Yo thanks for this. I stopped at Vol. 8 because there were no chapters coming out at the time.

Anyone interested to read, It's better to just machine translate it yourself 'cause that's pretty much the quality you'll get from the WN "translator".
