This dude is just an anthro wolf, who has a son of the same species. There is no info about if he's married or not. Also, he's an ex-government agent, and he was this world's Leon Kennedy (chapter 253).
No. Her father is still with them, he's just off-screen, as he's just a human. I think he had a cameo around Wendy's first transformation or introduction of the vampire girl. Werewolf mom is not a single mom.
