Yep, I saw this coming, given the nature of this series. Still feel sorry for Momose, but she could have just gotten Shizuru to say she was with her as a quick alibi instead of trying to force her friend to reveal her power to other people who would have zero inclination to believe it.

It's an interesting angle to explore how Momose thinks about the supernatural, of course Shizuru can't tell everyone that she can see them nor can she explain how it works to momose. Momose believes Shizuru and thinks she didnt help even though she could, but Shizuru knows it's not that simple. Momose views it as some superpower that can be used to make life easier, because she lacks the experience with how this stuff works. It also kinda mirrors how Shizuru and Mizuki viewed Grandpa at first, that he could magically just make sure these creatures go away. However, Shizuru and Mizuki have learned its not all that simple, now this time Shizuru is in the position that Grandpa was in before. Hope they're able to make up though.
