I defended the 1st translator a bit, but honestly this one is pretty rough. It's apparently a 2nd hand translation from JP>Portuguese>ENG and this translator is clearly ESL. There's bad grammar and misspellings everywhere, I stopped reading a few pages in.

Rough TLs are one thing if you're picking up a series that had been dropped but...we already have multiple people on this lol

I wish snipers would realize how they are ruining this manga for the thousands of readers who don't read on mangadex and will only ever see the bad translation.

I also wish readers would be more critical of horrendous, unreadable English. It always shocks me when people look at such poor English writing and legitimately think there is nothing wrong with it. Just because someone is doing something for free doesn't mean they have to be patted on the back and put on a pedestal. You can have standards, it's okay.

A middling translation is better than no translation. A few hiccups with grammar is no reason for a series not to be enjoyed.

This is not middling, this is almost bottom of the barrel tier, incomprehensible at times. Also, a good translation of chapter 12 literally came out yesterday and the rest is being actively worked on (turns out quality takes a little time, it doesn't come out in 24 hours, shocker). This is just a snipe for no reason.
Now more (maybe even most) readers will only ever experience a bad translation of what was supposed to be a good story with good writing.

The sniping is the issue here, and yeah that’s pretty shitty.

It doesn’t really effect the end user though, to the point where had it not been pointed out in the comments I would not have realized the scan team changed, it’s not really something casual readers think about.

That said I feel like anyone with a grasp of English as their first language isn’t going to get hung up much if at all. I’ve read some BAD translations, like that one weird group that basically just slaps ultra cockney English over the Japanese without any clean up. Or ones where you can’t even follow the plot because the conversations feel completely detached from how human beings speak.

This is going to be controversial, but we have now 4 different guys working on this manga, you could team up, although there's 1 translation i favor above the the others, but cleaning and typesetting, as well as QA can always be done

First of all: I'm deeply sorry for any mistake I may have made while translating this chapter, as I've stated at the chapter's start, I've never translated anything to English, and when I saw that some lone fans would translate this manga sometimes, I thought "hey, why not try it once too?!"

As for my bad English, it's bcuz am brazilian, and so I'm not used to writing in english since it rlly has not much use to me, but I can speak and read it fluently. I've already read every chapter out in portuguse, so I did this one as a love little work for my fellow readers.

For those who appreciated the efforts, I thank u all a lot, I do know how to do translation, however I'm a EN to PTbr translator, not the other way around, so once again sorry for any errors, love y'all! If anyone wants to re-do the translation with more ✨ graciousness ✨ I'd love to see it, since it would help me understand what I did wrong ;D

I agree! Sorry if I passed the idea I'm sniping this work, as I said in my comment, it was a love work I did for my fellow readers. If u want to do it better I'd like to invite u to, it would be amazing to see how it's properly done! With love, a fan of this series.

U should do 14 and then go back. Some of us can understand english even with some typos and grammar errors and i hate seeing an update thats just an old chapter i read already even if the old translation wasnt top tier english
