RIP Anzai. He was the best character and did make the best decisions throughout and genuinely tried to keep the rest of the group safe and put himself in the line of fire repeatedly to do that. He was the most heroic besides the MC and maybe the MC's friend. His heel-turn because the dumb main characters didn't believe him when he said that Satou was the monkey wasn't very believable.
