As if an American football player with 60 lbs on an exhausted Saotome wouldn't know how to sprawl on an amateurish double leg, or wiggle out after being picked up instead of just letting himself be carried like a limp fish. Oh well whatever. I guess it cancels out since Saotome threw away an easy victory with the machete just because the author wanted to preserve his "noble" character or whatever. In reality he'd have used the machete because obviously if he didn't then Anzai would beat him and all of them to death hand to hand and protecting people is more important than looking pure.

Even after he heel-turned for no reason, Anzai remains based to the end. The most interesting and badass character.

You can tell the author really liked Anzai because he gave him more of grand , uplifting send-off in death than any of the dead good guys.

The whole last two volumes could have been avoided if they had just listened to Anzai when he revealed that the old dude was the monkey's accomplice.
