anyone else notice how, despite the initial introduction playing off the whole death motif as a combination of excessive chuuni plus a head that comes off, Lala is the most magical and OP out of all the extra species girls so far?
I mean, sure:
most of the girls are super horny cause of instincts (much less a super power, more a result of being at least half beast and a lack of exposure to men combined with an overexposure to must breed societies of mostly/entirely female populations)
lamia minotaurs centaurs etc all have immense physical strength in addition to their more specific racial traits
harpies can fly
vampires suck blood (not very unique really, a lot of other extra species do too) but the only fantasy like parts about them are the weaknesses...well that and daddy's ghost possession thing, but I'm not sure that's a part of vampire powers and even if it is, it's not all that useful or powerful to only control one person and not even fully at that AND only after dying for real
zombies can get cut into pieces and not die (again), but they get perpetual rigor mortis if they don't exorcise enough and they can rot if they don't treat their bodies right
but Lala as a dullahan has been thus far able to remotely locate her own head, conrtol her hair like an extra hand at need, cross into the border of life and death at will and has even taken hubby along once or twice for private chats (hinted at the possibility she can return souls from the border to life, although every potential instance thus far has been with hubby and she's insisted she did NOT interfere in his cases), reap the previously mentioned daddy ghost out of vampire girl, and sense impending potential deaths nearby
