I like this series and all but I think it's better if the protagonist and his harem actually interact, instead of the MC doing his own things.

Even if the harem is there, it's still all about the MC and the new monsters. His harem just following him and providing zero means for their existence. Like in the sphinx chapter, they literally followed him just for the MC to do everything himself.
When they went to the pool that suu's mother was there I'd like to see suu and mc's relationship develops and that chapter created such a good pathway to do so. But it leads to nowhere with everything feeling like filler constantly just waiting to return to canon.

I want to see some developments or romance not the MC being involved some others monsters' life (that won't ever appear again) more than his own harem. 👽🙏
