Depends on the story writer, honestly. Slimes themselves are genderless.
You could say they are whatever gender they are mimicking, but ultimately that's up to the writer to give the slime "bits".

in this manga the slime ate the body of raped girl and took on her appearance and "thoughts" or w/e so we can assume it identifies itself as a girl (she did ask him to fuck her in chapter 3 I believe and got the D) saying pls love me while naked on the appearance of raped girl and then him saying something like I will treasure it or something then we get a timeskip in the morning and they both naked... so as the reader you can assume they fucked at night and the slime identifies itself as a female

So far it's decent. Atleast he had to experience SOME setbacks before he become OP. I like the summoner/tamer type of class though so I look forward to this manga. Camaraderie, trust, etc..these are good aspect and should be focused on since that's his main issue with his experience up to date but it's getting annoying. It just feels so unnecessarily exaggerated.
