was surprised to see this author puts vietnamese here, i think there was a few in 20th century boy too and im rly amazed that he cared a lot about small details about small countries like this and some other countries in his other works, feels kinda proud as a vietnamese myself

Y’know, when I think of Vietnamese in war in the last century, I can’t help but think of those Vietnamese that fled the Vietnam war, which left a bad taste in my mouth, but then I remember this is pretty much the end of the century, and it’s Germany. And I’m speaking as a Vietnamese

The attention paid in this story to immigrant populations is something I genuinely adore.
