This has been bugging me for a while. He's lived for 70 years through harsh training, fierce rivalries, being tricked and overcome by his enemies, and now his most hated thing is a girl he's known for two weeks? I like the start, when he was willing to invest 2 years into learning the world's language and culture, but then he suddenly becomes recklessly impatient to learn about warp when he has an ageless body and all the time in the world.

I've been thinking about the question a lot too, its kinda funny that some brat he's known for 2 weeks has become his eternal nemesis now lol
But I think it can be justified. Because the level he reached could be seen as some sort of enlightenment, he likely escaped past the bounds of emotions controlling his actions in his old world. And after learning about "Masters" in this world, he no longer seems as obsessed with trying to return home, but his competitive nature is exciting him to try and fight more people (hence not hating the guy that warped him here). The initial rush to learn about warp magic was when he was disappointed and thought Graduates were the extent of this world's strongest, leading him to feel bored.
Because of this, there might literally be nothing else but that girl that he has an active dislike for, since he is excited by strong opponents and has no care for anything else that isn't able to cause him issues (like the thieves guild girl). The priest girl is the only one who's actively slowed him down from doing anything out of everyone he's met.
