Haida got some terrible self esteem issues because of her bad luck predisposition. Kuroi is so far the first person in her life that allows her to just do things her way and not be bothered with whatever shenanigans she brings. Not a big issue, but an issue to fix nonetheless.

This story feels like a tsundere. It’s very prickly at the start, but it’s starting to warm up more and more, though the prickliness never truly goes away.

She does tend to kinda insult him a lot, other than that and her self-esteem issues she's fine. It's kinda the same for him, with minor flaw that not everyone might put up with, but not something major (aside from smoking and pachinko assuming he is truly gambling).
