@Nikosgarofola Well first of all this is a webtoon, it's not manhwa. Secondly, digital or not is about effort put into it. Although I would agree than manga (japanese) in general has quality art and this particular work isn't the best and author jokes about the laziness too, but whether it is characters or backgrounds, there are gems among webtoons (and manhwas) too. Though if it is licensed it is unlikely you will find it on this site.

I will give some examples with at least decent if not good art in korean webtoons:

Magician - starts junky but has nice atmosphere and art improves gradually.
Shadow Queen .
Peak
Sword King
MookHyang - Dark Lady

And I'm sure there are other examples too, so no need to overgeneralise.
