@givemersspls I agree that mc's being supportive. As for the Jin-woo guy... I don't think he's a suitable guy for mc's mother at all. I am not saying just because he was making fun of her name but also that he was a pretty nonchalant guy. I mean he had already was a repeater who failed to graduate in his academy. Instead of focusing on his studies at the academy he was busy making moves on his mom. This was a crucial year for studies instead he was focusing on scoring points with her mother while in the middle class. I can't say he was that worst person but this actually points out how irresponsible he was.

The mc's mother had already suffered enough coz of the incompetent ex-husband, so the mc needed some more responsible guy for her mother instead of this jin-woo dude.
