I'm glad Jake's misunderstanding was peacefully resolved without much drama or hysterics.

Skyler feels like she's there just to trigger Sora's thoughts about Liam's freedom and show that Jake is in a toxic group. I don't think she was honestly inviting Liam and being a hypocrite, felt more like she was just being petty and trying to make Sora jealous or something.

I have my suspicions on how this quest will end but I haven't read the web novel so let's wait and see.
