It's kinda tiresome how they repeatedly write these same stories where the main character is unimaginably powerful but just casually lets weak pieces of shit step all over them for no reason. It seems pretty clear to me the Saintess could have found Geol and slaughtered the execs of the church for a hostile takeover to reform it, but she didn't. It seems pretty obvious that Geol could've broken in to the King's castle and beaten the shit out of him and wiped the floor out of any army sent after him but he doesn't. The kingdom and it's people are talentless and weak that's why the Demon King and it's army always requires a ragtag group of extremely talented people to take care of because no one else could even with millions under their commands.

I agree, i like that one manga with an assassin wanting to lead a normal life after defeating the demon king, he gets straight to business and sometimes meets the king, if you annoy him, he'll definitly come for you king or not

The only strong point in this story is the element is fresh, not saturated slop
