Read till the end and thought "No way it ends like this man too early", then I noticed the adaptation tag.

"Ah, yeah. That tracks."

Still sad and frustrated. Why must novel ads be so good yet end so early?

It's annoying that the series got axed before anyone got there comeuppance.

I think the last page explains it better than anything else
  1. Hero group constantly travelling and fighting without a sacred beast
  2. Prime Minister on the demon throne but swamped by overwork
  3. Demon Lord vacationing on an island with fluffy animals and fluff cultists
I don't have doubts on who won in life

Damn it!!! I really enjoyed reading this, and the WN too.

Was hoping to see how the manga was going to be implementing the human with beastkin blood, the saintess and hero turning into the weakest demon race that went extinct, Lind's meeting with the Elfves and being close allies with them.

Goddammit...
Is this another WN/LN ad manga or was it just axed?
I lean to the former.

Anyways, thanks for translating this to the end.

How is recently I saw a lot decent manga got axed, while harem manga with terrible quality got survive for long time. I am kinda worried about people preference for picking those rather than manga with decent story.
Because harem is a easy sell to horny teenagers and lonely young man, same for overpowered generic protagonist in some shounen, among other things, it's not without reason that isekai genre exploded in popularity and is chock-full of the most generic garbage possible while somehow still selling

Unfortunately self insert garbage is a easy sell
The problem is that the Japanese market wants wish fulfilment over good stories.
I wouldn't say it's what the market wants necessarily because there is a lot of serirs that are not self insert wish fulfillment but there is indeed a lot of it, probably because Japan society can  really fucking sucks so a lot of readers want shallow and easy escapism where they can just turn their brains off and forget their problems

Honestly I quite love the last part aka what you stated as an ending.
Not sure if going any further will be good idea as everything in this manga are just average as best, riding the overused ideas and story development.
Pity, since the early part were quite enjoyable.
