Considering another manga I was reading just got the axe, I‘m feeling extra wary today. But I do think this one has potential so far. I’m at least interested in seeing some backstory for our MC.

Agreed, although I think suddenly taking a break after her first viral stream isn't the best idea. I think she should do some short update streams at home a couple times a week about her training progress with some Q&A to keep interest.

Taking a break can sort of make sense. the anticipation and following gained from maximising the hype and suspense can lead to very good turn-out once people catch the next livestream. at most she should post a teaser or 2 promoting the next live stream without giving away too much. she was already a weekly streamer so extending to a months wait isn't all that detrimental.

If she had nothing to show for it however that would be the end of it, but since she will return somewhat capable she might just be able to hold onto and maintain the new audience.

putting out additional content before then could even backfire instead of helping. especially as the cause of her going viral was less about her and more about his support and info, it could just undermine her completely.

Ah, I thought she was streaming far more frequently for some reason. If she was already streaming only once a week, that makes sense.
