This is NOT the twist / direction I wanted for this story.
So the Hero, who helped save humanity from the horrid acts of this 'demon lord'...Actually had fun time with him, drinking into the night...?
So the demon lord wasn't actually evil incarnate? Just some dude the MC fought here and there? WTF?
The story went for comedy, when it wasn't needed. I expected something like Helck, where there's copious amounts of comedy, but the real juice lies underneath: a fuckton of tragedy and srs bsns plot. It's just that it's 70% comical moments in between (you either hate it or love it, but at least there's an actual serious story underneath, where this one does not seem to go that route at all.)
This is honestly pretty bad. Went from 7/10 to 2/10. Gonna stop reading now. o7
