@Kanika
Well not really.... If you read the web novel there is a flashback scene related to a certain character that is close to the MC, it shows that the MC spend almost all his time/effort on the VR game aiming for no 1.... Basically it is his life purpose... So when his character got hacked and deleted he lost his living purpose... he doesn't have any lingering feeling towards the real world so yeah...
i like this cuz the MC didn't get God's blessing or any shit like that, his cheat is being knowledgeable. and it's not like there's no risk in return, it's risky but worth it. It's a journey to become op.

Also, anyone noticed the girl's weird leather one-boob armour?
@ventisca@Sheruff6 That's basic good storytelling 101 tbh. There are also occasions where getting powers from a deity can be a good plot point although when written lazily the story would suck.
I wish it was less of a game world. Now it's basically a 100% game world with the exception of the NPCs that are living, consciouss people instead. But all things considered, this could still be a full immersion VR, just with a more advanced AI to control the NPCs.
@DANDAN_THE_DANDAN It's just an archery chest guard. She was still mysteriously missing the arm guard, though.
"Yes, that's exactly what I'm telling you: you have to buttchug all these potions as if your life depends on it. Here's some oil, lube up and bend over while I pour my potion stash into this one liter enema syringe."
