Christ I like this resolution to the MC's secret of being a reincarnator and the fact that the world he's in was a world purely made for entertainment.
Mc doesn't beat around the bush, he clearly and directly states that his secret is going to the fuckin grave with him, end of discussion as there will never be one past, present, future.
And Silvia is clear that she's fine with it and will be there when the secret wants out of MC's lips and wait, regardless how clear and adamant MC is on how it will never come.
The thing I love here the most tho is MC is his inner monologue, it's clear, logical, and doesn't try to bullshit himself and knows that even if it's logically sound to himself, the fact that he still feels bad means it's at least just a little bit fucked.
But he wants to become No. 1, and revealing his origin will definitely get in the way of that so he opts to just be straight about it and acknowledged his shotcomings as a person.
Now this can be a "I am 12, and this is deep" but I like this in comparison to a lot of other reincarnation isekai's where the other party answers forst saying something along the lines of "it's fine I don't know what your secret is" unprompted as the MC only has a nervous and possibly conflicted look on their face.
Tldr: I like how minimal the bullshit is for when the party asks the isekai'd how they're so op and their origins.
