I do like the idea of an old man passing on info to the younger generations but with how insanely competitive humans are on top of crazy amounts of dedication the idea that flanking your enemy and hitting its weak points is novel is crazy.
As said before all current tactics are made and promoted to have minimum risks, by working in teams and making use of eveyone's classes, and from comments it is clear that normal tactic against ogres is someone tanking and others damaging, the tank uses skills for taunting, DDs flank, but they do it while Ogre have full attention on tank, they most definitely retreat if agro is switched, Grandpa focuses on hitting the spots that will tire, restrict and bleed out the Ogre, while team is probably aiming for spots to deal the most damage with skills and kill Ogre the fastest. While Grandpa is showing how people can apply easy concepts in right ways to solo monsters, it can cause negative effects of some people getting too cocky and try to solo mosters without taking backup or being cautious enough, especially so because Grandpa is not using skills, those who do use skills may easily think that they can do even better tham him because they have skills of right category, behaviour that guild very clearly tried to eradicate, being able to solo enemy should be tactic for emergency or for very experienced fighters, general public should still stick to team play
