Not that off-topic really. Personally, I'd prefer full chapters but ultimately it's up to the translators since some of them say they get burnt out when working on long, full chapters instead of parts. Readers can also just refrain from reading until completed. It's just that some part chapters end at a decent scene change so it's okay to read while others end at nasty cliffhangers.
