Ew... this is the route the author's gonna go, huh? He made the mc an easily manipulate ijit... haaa😮‍💨. Why she's jumping to conclusions could be manipulation through some means (potion, magic, who knows), but her even having those emotions in the first place is the problem. Why is she listening to her like her word actually means something? If this were me, the second he came in I woulda sat down and explained the conversation I just had, because the conversation was weird to begin with. It was forceful and out of place. That's the first conversation (the first words, at all) she has with me? It's weird. Whatevz. Let's see how easily it gets resolved, or if it gets worse and worse by madeup situations piling up. if it's easily resolved, this'll still be worth reading. If it goes the other route, nope, the writing would be far too childish for my taste.

Seriously, this is so poorly written it hurts. The author writes themselves into a corner and then just brute forces out of it with predictable, cliched tropes even if they make absolutely zero sense given how the story is going. It feels like it's written with no plans, no forethought, no revision, and yet has a checklist of every standard isekai/reincarnator story trope that they feel compelled to hit no matter how ill-fitting they are.

It's not surprising at all that this apparently dies a death in like 5 more chapters.

I used MTL to translate some pages so here goes
Turns out Kyle didn't even know about the love rumor that is going on in the capital (Emilia was preventing it from reaching to Kyle)

Alicia later attends a tea party after getting to know some girls, there the girls are surprised that Alicia is actually really polite and gentle (there are rumors going around that she is arrogant and selfish). One of the girls even hinted at Alicia that Kyle was always near her after their fight and joke about how he is basically stalking her (A week has passed since the fight)

Alicia and Kyle finally meet up and clears the misunderstanding. Kyle tells Alicia that all those inventions came from Emilia's family and the Baron is attempting to climb his way up the ranks by using Emilia and suspects that they plan to break Kyle and Alicia's relationship so Emilia can be Kyle's fiancee instead
.
Emilia's father plans to hurt Alicia on an event (invention event) but Emilia say it will be against the story line if he do so and she gets a "SLAP" on the face for that.

Alicia participate the event by creating a Teddy Bear that actually plays music (the music is traditional JP song). Emilia after listening to that song ran away in tear. Kyle and Alicia chase after Emilia to confront her, Emilia turns out never really liked the live in this world and if possible she really wants to go back to JP (coz her family in this world are total A-Hole and in her past life she has a happy and loving friends + family) and assumes that getting a Happy Ending allows her to go back.

Things happened and Emilia's father was captured together with her. While the dad doesn't confess to any accusation, Emilia confess to all her crimes and tells that it was her father who told her to do so. Alicia meets Emilia for one final time and Emilia final question to Alicia is "What will you do if you can go back?"

Alicia later meets with Kyle and told him that she was unable to answer that question but is sure that she loves her life in this world and the past as well and will cherish it forever.
Kyle swore an oath to protect Alicia as her knight (with permission) and this is where the manga ends for now

What kind of punishment does Emilia and her dad get ?
Do Emilia get executed/banished for all eternity like the classic troupe?

Both of them were simply imprisoned with nothing further mentioned. Emilia just give in and remained just like that
