I'm back from the holidays (and an injury) so this took a little bit longer.
Regarding corrections, I misread what Negishi said back in Chapter 60, Page 4, which is also this chapter's title. He said 催眠 (saimin) which I mistook for his name, 根岸 (negishi). It has the a couple of similar radicals, albeit having flipped characters lol . I've replaced the page with the fix. Here it is.
