There's no distinction on the tags itself if it's just the Original Japanese publishing that's completed or the scanlation that's completed. (For any Mihon users, the distinction is "Publishing Finished" with one checkmark and "Completed" with two checkmarks.)

What you can do is look at the additional info to see what number the last chapter is. In this case, the last chapter is 139, so it's still a ways away.
