I don't think she builds the situation from phrases she hears, I think she gets a "description" and imagines it herself.

Say you hear me say, that I've drawn a big dog with short brown + white fur, and you imagine some husky for example
But actually I've drawn a shepherd.

So, my theory is her ability "reads" some parameters of the image, but the image itself is drawn by her own imagination using what she knows\seen.


Oh I know of a good analogy. It's like when you play online game and change skin files in the folder. So when you play you see everything with the visuals you put in that folder.
Server sends your pc data about what-is-what and where it is, but the game draws an image using files on your pc, so it looks different to you, than to other players with their own files in that folder.
