I agree with @blendenzo, in my line of work I've seen some very obnoxious people keep their jobs because they were essentially irreplacable, and some very personable ones lose theirs because they didn't have the chops. Not every skill can be picked up on-the-job.

if she works in customer service/front of the hall, then yes she needs expression. but those 3 jobs? not so much.
