If you do decide to do more, I hope that you also consider translating chapters 69 (Vane) and 70 (Teardrop) which were the first two chapters of volume 12.
The unnumbered chapters in the Dead Man's Galaxy Days flashback caused a bit of confusion in previous translation efforts, so those were overlooked.

Oh, btw, my (very small) contribution to the effort of getting more recognition for MPD Psycho was adding the chapter names to Wikipedia a while back.
