Ah yes the growing list of Korean trash that writes ex-military guys turned into woman with no effect to their personality but rather to write a douche bag female as cool. There's the other "Barbarian goes to academy".

Most Korean manhwa Mc lack the personality of even an Isekai harem protagonist so expecting these to be good is my fault. But whenever I see this gender end story I expect it to carry some mental weight but nope it's just trash. Korean manhwa Mc are of two kind either the best psychologically written character or the 1D sht ever.

I would have recommended "Machigatta Ko wo Mahou Shoujo ni Shite Shimatta" but someone already did, so thanks.

Write a proper badass female character than this crap.

Yay at first I thought the intention behind the attacks was to cripple the hero association so civilian has to take it upon themselves to protect themselves but get devastated in process. Sort of like a more logical version of "Hero Has Returned".

But of course the writer doesn't want to write an "edgy" character so the made that excuse.

Also to why there are no power/authority imposing heroes is crossed out because apparently heroes become heroes with stories. So there are dumba**es on streaming platform but there is no one with a backbone to just hunt down the anti-hero fanatic or to oppose the nonsensical no kill civilian policy not even in self defense.


Also how did an ex-hero blue get in UN where heroes are still seen in such negative light by general people.

I am pretty sure you never read the webnovel version of this. The webnovel reveals everything slowly and does not explain everything at the start. It does it to give you information of the world naturally, and in a perfect way. Basically, everything you criticized is a foreshadowing of the story.

Yes I have never read the webnovel version of this and probably never will. I don't read we novel.

If acting like a douchebag is a story foreshadowing then it's probably a dark story. If this is indeed a dark story there should not be so many comedy relief characters that's just poor execution. Beyond that the artist they choose cant do dark theme with this artstyle. It just looks amateur edgy fantasy although it's not really author's fault but it's still a decisional mistake.

Finally if the story is dark in a John Wick kind rather than tragic dark story kind, this is still trash. Because then the author wrote whatever at first then sees and welded everything together.
