I wonder if the expression pitching a tent has the same connotation in Japanese as it does in English. It wasn't really used like a joke in this chapter, it was more incidental than anything else.

Onee-san is underappreciated. You can admire her beauty, appreciate that her presence usually means some stupid setup for a joke, and then also get to see her having sex.

Also props again to Uran for recognizing that to keep the story interesting for longer than a single volume, he had to introduce competition for Konomi in the form of Manatsu, which already gave us the ludicrous situation at the end of this chapter where the two lolis forcibly remove Shouta's clothes.
