Renseishi Aria wa Kyou mo Ganbarimasu

Reasons why I don't like these kind of premises:
Alchemists Magicians/people are not gods; they have limits, no mater how talented they are. If the work needs to be done then divide it among the employees or extend the due date to a reasonable time frame. Expecting miracles based on needs is a recipe for failure, disappointment, a sloppy mess, or cut corners.
Despite what Japan might have you believe, it is not a crime to stand up for yourself. Abuse and misunderstandings are not something you just accept and ignore. If you don't do or say anything than they will continue. If you don't stand up for yourself than usually no one will.
Excuses are what you call things that you don't want to hear that are based in logic and could reasonably persuade you to change your mind.
It's important to hear both sides of a story before making a decision because people can and do omit, lie, and exaggerated stories based on their personal filters. To make a decision before hearing the whole story is what leads to prejudice.
